How Zenbyte Technologies handles the details and resumes you share with us.
What we collect
When you register or request a call back: your name, email, phone number, location, education or work experience, skills, salary details you choose to share, and your resume. When you join, the documents listed in the agreement.
Why we use it
- To match you with suitable job openings and contact you about them.
- To respond to your messages and call-back requests.
- To keep records of the placements we arrange, as set out in your agreement.
Who we share it with
We share your profile and resume with an employer only after you agree to be considered for that role. We do not sell personal data. Our website and database are hosted on Cloudflare, and our email runs on Google Workspace; both act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while they are useful for finding you suitable roles and for the term of your agreement. You can ask us to delete them at any time, subject to the agreement.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@zenbytec.com.
Security
Resumes are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only Zenbyte staff, signed in with their company accounts, can view them.
